Here are a few important points:

  • Your email address will remain a valley.net address as it has been—no need to change it!
  • If you’ve been using BlitzMail, no change to that either
  • You’ll now have access to expanded support hours - Click here for more information.
  • You also now have National Roaming capability via our extensive location-specific local dialup access numbers. To find a number for a specific locale, configure your email software for traveling.
