Sovernet Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between Sovernet, Inc., its affiliates ("Sovernet") and the Customer regarding telephone and data services and those services and products incidental to connectivity services. Customer is not relying on any representations or promises, written or oral, not included in these Terms. These Terms supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements, written or oral, by or between the Customer and Sovernet, and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms of any and all orders submitted. Customer understands and agrees that payment for, or use of, Sovernet’s telephone and data services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and Customer agrees to be bound by them.

Acceptable Use Policy

Lawful usage

Sovernet’s Internet services may only be used for lawful purposes. Sovernet cooperates fully with all law enforcement agencies in investigating unlawful activities on our network.

Sovernet is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. Your right to privacy is important to us. We believe that the information you provide us about yourself should be used to help us provide you with better service. Information you give us will not be shared with, nor divulged to, any other party, unless required by court order or subpoenaed by a law enforcement agency.

Sovernet Equipment Warranty

Warranty & Fitness for a Particular Use

Sovernet warrants to customer only that equipment is in good working condition upon shipment to customer. Except as specifically provided herein, Sovernet makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to the equipment, and Sovernet specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Customer acknowledges that customer is purchasing or receiving the equipment from Sovernet "as is".

Open Internet Disclosure

Sovernet is committed to providing all of its customers with the best internet experience possible. Sovernet does not block end users from accessing lawful websites, subject to reasonable network management, nor do we block applications that compete with our voice services, subject to reasonable network management.
