First Things First...
Change is almost always unsettling and though we will do our
best to ensure a smooth transition to our network and services,
we know there may be a few bumps along the way. Please
know you may contact our Call Center at any time by email
or web-form, and from 8AM to 8PM, Monday through Saturday,
by phone and we will do our utmost to assist you. Here
are a few important points:
• Your email address will remain a valley.net
address as it has been—no need to change it!
•
If you’ve been
using BlitzMail, no change to that either
• You’ll now have access to expanded support hours—see
the right-hand column for contact info
• You also now have National Roaming capability via our
extensive location-specific local dialup access numbers. To
find a number for a specific locale, configure
your email software for traveling, and for other info about
Roaming, see the link to the right.
Please contact our Call Center
for assistance with any account changes or other issues—hours for
phone support, as well as online assistance-request forms,
and email addresses are in the right-hand column of each
of these pages.
The site links across the top of this page will take you to the respective
SoVerNet sections on our site; be sure to bookmark this page
so you can get back here as your starting point until you’re settled
in.

email, setup & use of website space, dialup &
roaming, spam & anti-virus filtering
controls, webmail use, and any other features or services
provided through SoVerNet. Support is available via phone
