Customer Care Center—We are seeking a qualified individual to join our Customer Care Team. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• data entry,
• customer contact (walk-in, telephone, & written),
• problem-solving,
• processing orders for telephone and Internet services,

Marketing Coordinator—Our Marketing Dept, seeks a qualified Marketing Coordinator ro join the team. A minimum of 4 years' marketing experience at management level is required, covering all facets of marketing, including advertising, branding, and public relations, preferably within the telecommunications sector. A degree in business or marketing is desirable.
Must be extremely well-organized;
a hands-on self-starter with good strategic and creative thinking skills, and
the ability to prioritize internal and external needs. Must also possess
excellent oral, written, interpersonal, & group presentation skills, with
strong computer proficiency. Plus experience in managing individuals,
multiple projects, and delivering projects on-budget, within aggressive
deadlines. This position actively supports both our business and
residential sales forces.
