Change to Local Access Numbers
Notice to St Johnsbury and NorthEast Kingdom Area Customers—August 19 '01

We recently emailed you announcing an important change in your SoVerNet service. As of Thursday, August 23rd, customers in the St Johnsbury/NorthEast Kingdom area will no longer be able to use any access number that does not end in 2222. Please change your dialup software immediately using the numbers list sent to you with the email advisory. If you need to have the list resent, please let Customer Service know immediately <customer-service@sover.net>. Simply locate your exchange on the list and use the number, to its right, shown as a local call.

For help changing the number in your dialer, check out <http://www.sover.net/support/faq/accessnumber.html> for help, or call 877-877-2120, toll free, for help from our support technicians.

We understand that it is inconvenient to change your settings, and want to assure you that this is a move forward. The new number will offer you several advantages, in addition to the fact that it is easy to remember. For one thing, we are increasing capacity on that number to avoid busy signals as we add new customers. In addition it should add a measure of speed and reliability to your connection---we expect this change to be a positive one for you.

Please accept our apologizes for the short notice. Our support technicians are standing by to help.
