Answers To Your Anticipated Questions Regarding
The SoVerNet/Frontline Venture

Question: Will my dialup number change?
     Answer: No. Your dialup number will remain the same.

Question: Will my email address need to change.
     Answer: No. Your email address will remain exactly as it is.

Question: Do I have to change where or how I pay my bill?
     Answer: No changes have been made as to how you pay your bill. We can charge your bank account or credit card in the usual way, or you may continue to mail your check or bring it to our offices as you have been doing in the past.

Question: What if I have a question about my bill?
     Answer: Billing questions will continue to be handled by your customer service representative at SoVerNet's offices.

Question: Will my monthly rates remain the same?
     Answer: Yes. There will be no changes to SoVerNet's monthly rates and all discount plans will remain in affect.

Question: Will you still provide technical support?
     Answer: Yes, you will still call our customer service staff at SoVerNet when you need technical support. Your call will be transferred, in the usual way, to the person most able to assist you with the question you have.

Question: Will I still be able to receive the same level of service?
     Answer: Yes. Great care has been taken to assure that the quality of service you have come to expect will not be compromised.

Question: Will I have new services available to me in the future?
     Answer: Yes! All of us here at SoVerNet are very excited about the possibilities that lie ahead in the coming months. We will continue to keep you informed on a regular basis as new services become available.
