SoVerNet News, February, 2006

You may have heard news reports about the sale of SoVerNet to Atlantic Tele-Network recently and we wanted to introduce you right away to our new CEO, Rich Kendall. We are very excited about his vision and his enthusiasm and about SoVerNet's future as your telecommunications provider.

Please welcome Rich,

Greetings,

It is with great pleasure that I join the SoVerNet team, a company with a proven model for success. My experience in the telecom industry, most recently as the Executive Vice President of Sales at Lightship Telecom, provided me with the opportunity to see first hand that SoVerNet is an organization with a commitment to quality and excellence. I first saw this in how they care for their customers with personal attention and service. I saw it again with the investment they recently made in the network with the deployment of a fully redundant fiber optic backbone. This commitment, along with a comprehensive product suite designed to meet many of your individual needs, positions SoVerNet very well in the marketplace and makes it an exciting company to be a part of.

My immediate goal is to use the combined experience of the talented and committed staff along with the resources available through ATN to help lead SoVerNet to the next level. Most importantly, this includes completing a new analysis of how we can better serve our customers with a close look at potential new investment in the network infrastructure as well as the possible launch of new products and features. Our goal is to have you sincerely believe that we are the best choice for your communications services and I promise we will work very hard in an effort to have that be true.

Sincerely,

Rich Kendall

The next newsletter will provide some details about our plans for new and improved services. As always we welcome your comments and wish you well in our brief February thaw.
