INTERMITTENT DIALUP ACCOUNTS Welcome! We are pleased to make the following types of Internet access accounts available to VSC affiliates: DIAL-ONLY | SINGLE_USER
DIALUP Intermittent
Dialups are our most popular accounts. They are reliable, can be
accessed by local numbers throughout Vermont, and are inexpensive.
The Dial-Only Account is just $12 per month, payable monthly or annual
prepay. Our standard Single-User Dialup is available for
$20/month. Credit cards as well as checks, ACH, and money orders are

*Note: exceeding the 2 hours-Roaming access carries a $7 fee any month in which there is an over-use. If you are likely to go over the included 2 free hours, "National Roaming-300" may be added to this account for $5 per month. With the exception of "National Roaming-300," more email space, and "Dialup Accelerator," our Additional Services are not available for adding on to Dial-Only Accounts. Educational Discount Program for Students & Teachers This discount program provides a 20% savings over our regular Intermittent Dialup fees (Dial-Only accounts are not eligible for this discount). Discounts apply to Single-User and Multi-User Intermittent Dialup accounts and to any of our current Additional Services purchased while a member of this program. In order to take advantage of this discount program the account must be paid for Monthly by credit card or "ACH" ROAMING ACCESS We provide you with 2 ways to access your account while vacationing or on the road: Roaming and Remote Dial-In. Each has it's own niche, but they supplement each other nicely. Note: with either service, be sure to return your dialer to a local 7-digit SoVerNet access number when you return so you don't pay long distance or Remote Dial-In charges! National
Roaming If there's any chance you'll run over the included 2 hours, National Roaming-300 is available, for up to 300 hours per-month of access, as an Additional Service. The charge is a flat $5 per-month regardless of how much access time is used. Add it and forget the clock (at least, for 300 hours)! Before you can use a Roaming number you need to make changes to your dialer's number and login settings so you can be authenticated when dialing in. Some localities require only a 7-digit number for local as (as in Vermont) others may need 10 digits (area code + 7 digits), still others want a full 11-digit number whether local or LD (1 + area code + number). We've provided a local check procedure for you as well, so you can see if a number in any specific spot is considered to be a local call, regardless of number of digits required for dialing it. functionality to, or increasing capacity of, your Dialup account. Fees
are added to your main account and paid for in the same fashion as that
account, with any available discounts applied. There is a printable

be mailed or faxed back to our office in Bellows Falls, or give us a
